Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation is possible for a future credit only (no refunds for any reason; fees below apply), and only if requested by email. If the track is closed because of a government order, we will do our best to reschedule you to a new date or issue a credit for the following year.
1. Cancellations
No refunds, for any reason. A credit towards a future event can be issued only if a doctor's note is provided at least 72 hours before the scheduled course date (not for track days), plus a $100 rescheduling fee. The credit is valid until the end of the following year.
Pandemic policy may change at any time, since FAST must adapt to Ontario provincial and public health standards. It is your responsibility to meet all government requirements and guidelines, which can change during the season. If the track needs to close because of a pandemic or another unexpected event, we offer to reschedule at no charge. No refunds, for any reason.
2. Rescheduling, or a credit for the following year
- $150 per day to reschedule or get a credit, if requested by email 21 days or more before the course.
- $200 per day to reschedule or get a credit, if requested by email 8 to 20 days before the course.
- No credit is possible if requested 1 to 7 days before the course, or if you do not show up.
The credit is valid until the end of the following year. Only a health matter can change the request, and it must come with a signed doctor's document.
3. Replacement ($50 plus tax)
If you cannot attend your course but arrange for a friend to take your spot, there is a $50 charge. You must inform us before the course day, by email to info@fastridingschool.com and by phone at 1 514-926-4551. The person taking your place must have enough riding experience for the course you registered for.
