School and courses
FAST offers advanced riding courses on a racetrack, one full day each, from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Every course is for 36 students, divided into three groups by speed and experience (16 students for Phase R). You can take any course on our school motorcycles or on your own bike, with our riding gear or your own.

Every course has two main parts
Presentation of riding techniques. Phase 1 starts with a one-hour presentation of the techniques you will practise on the track during the day. Phases 2, 3 and 4 start with a track walk, with instructors commenting on each turn and explaining the techniques to use.
On-track lessons. Seven half-hour sessions, each in three parts: a 10-minute preparation with the lead instructor, 10 minutes of track riding, and a 10-minute performance report and video from your personal group instructor. This gives you maximum feedback and real on-track riding.

- Phases 1 to 4 on your own motorcycle: $549 each
Full payment is required at registration. All prices are subject to Ontario 13% HST, and prices rise on January 1, 2027. See the pricing and calendar page for details, including damage insurance.
